Welding

DuHadaway Tool and Die Shop, Inc. has six welding stations, utilizing state-of-the-art welding equipment with GTAW, SMAW, GMAW, and automatic capabilities. We follow ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section IX, and have our own WPS's, PQR's, and WPQ's for all material we weld. Each member of our superb welding team is fully certified to ASME requirements and is issued and required to stamp all welds for traceability. We weld parts of all sizes and materials, including steel to exotic alloys and ferrous to non-ferrous metals. Our CWT and welding lathes insure quality production welds on parts from .5" in diameter to 12" in diameter.
